Taliban Write to Modi Gov't Urging India to Resume Commercial Flights to Afghanistan

India had halted air operations with Afghanistan after the Taliban* took over Kabul on 15 August. India has not recognised the "Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan" and has continuously called for an "inclusive dispensation" in Kabul.
