6 January Panel Prepares Potential Criminal Charges Against Donald Trump

The committee has been investigating whether the former president and his allies played any role in the massive protests in and around the Capitol on 6 January 2021 that left five people dead. Several officials from the Trump administration were subpoenaed by the panel and the president's daughter Ivanka was invited to participate in an interview.
