ANDREW Tate has been charged with human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group to sexually exploit women. The disgraced influencer and his brother Tristan were arrested in Romania on December 29, but now faces trial. Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan had been held on house arrest for three months since March 31 . But the pair and two other suspects have now been formally charged. It comes as a British woman who has accused Andrew Tate of rape – one of four who have recently filed fresh charges against him – has alleged he continued having sex with her “while she was unconscious” after he nearly choked her to death.
