WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - A NASA commercial cargo provider Northrop Grumman Antares carrier rocket, with Cygnus cargo spacecraft on board, lifted off from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia toward the International Space Station (ISS), NASA said in a statement.
