Antonov: US Should Pay for Ukraine's Recovery Since It's Prolonging Hostilities

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The United States, prolonging the Ukraine conflict, should themselves pay for the reconstruction of Ukraine, Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov said Wednesday.
