Azerbaijani Announces Reached Agreement to Suspend Anti-Terrorist Activities in Nagorno-Karabakh

On September 19, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said that Baku had launched "local-level anti-terrorist activities" in Nagorno-Karabakh aimed at "restoring the constitutional order."
