Borrell Says EU Will Continue Due Payments to Palestinians

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The European Commission will not suspend due assistance payments to Palestinians, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said Monday, shortly after the EU neighborhood commissioner announced an end to "all payments."
