Brit fighter paraded on Russian TV in chilling vid showing ‘injured arm & bloody hand’ after being forced to ‘surrender’

ANOTHER British fighter captured in Ukraine has been paraded on Russian TV after apparently suffering gunshot wounds. And it comes a day after Scott Sibley became the first Briton to be killed in the conflict. Hill said he had been shot and begged to go to hospital in the forced video appearance today.  Looking weak and fearing for his safety, Hill was subjected to an interrogation on Rossiya 1 state TV. He said he was not paid to fight – contradicting the TV interrogator’s description of him as a mercenary. Hill then pleaded: “Am I safe?” and was assured he will not be harmed. He said Russian soldiers had given first aid for the gunshot wound in the arm, and asked if he would be taken to hospital after the interview. “Yes, you will be taken care of,” the interrogator said. Earlier this month, ex-soldier Shaun Pinner, 48, was paraded on TV twice and taunted by Russians who lied that his Ukrainian comrades wanted him dead. Aiden Aslin, 28, was seen covered in bruises and being threatened with the death penalty in a disturbing video which Facebook eventually agreed to take down. Both men were captured during the siege of Mariupol. Yesterday it was reported that Royal Marines veteran Scott Sibley, 36, had been killed fighting alongside Ukrainian defenders in beseiged Mykolaiv. Friends said he was “the bravest person” they knew and showed commando spirit to the end.
