Brit troops on Russian border say they’re ‘100% prepared’ for Putin’s troops as they show off their firepower in Estonia

BRITISH soldiers on the frontline defending Europe from Putin’s forces have revealed they are “100 per cent prepared” and “ready for anything” while displaying their firepower. Lieutenant colonel Rupert Streatfeild says he is proud to be defending Europe from Putin while based in Estonia as part of a Nato operation. His comments come as the army revealed an impressive array of tanks and armoured vehicles in a show of force. This includes Challenger 2 tanks – with a weight of 62.5 tonnes and a L30A1 120 mm rifled gun with 47 rounds. They are working as part of a group of over 2,000 troops made up of other NATO countries including France and Denmark. Today they took part in a major training exercise in the town of Tapa as war in Ukraine drags on. This included tanks and fighter jets. The training included troops attacking rivals using tanks and blasts. When asked about the purpose of the trip, LC  Streatfeild, said: “It’s to defend. We’re ready to anything. “It’s an immense privilege, but an immense responsibility and I think with those two emotions comes pride. Absolutely. “There is swagger among the troops.” Gunner Joe Watson, 19, is also on the border and said he was also ready for any action.
