Cleo Smith suspect CHARGED over the four-year-old’s abduction 19 days after vanishing from her tent

A 36-YEAR-old man has been charged with the abduction of four-year-old Cleo Smith. Officers used battering rams and crowbars to kick in the door to the house – which was just seven minutes away from where she lives with her family. Police cameras show Cleo in an officer’s arms as she was taken outside to her safety.
