Counter-Terrorist Operation Regime Lifted in Moscow, Moscow Region

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The legal regime of a counter-terrorist operation has been canceled in Moscow and the Moscow region, Russia's National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC) said on Monday.
