DPR: Ukrainian Militants Preventing Evacuation of Civilians From Volnovakha

DONETSK (Sputnik) – Ukrainian militants are creating obstacles for the evacuation of civilians from Volnovakha, hindering their access to humanitarian corridors, the territorial defence department of the Donetsk People's Republic reported on Saturday.
