EU's Borrell Hints at 'Very Important Events' Related to Ukraine to Be Revealed Soon

Amid circulating speculation of peace negotiations on the situation in Ukraine expected in July, Moscow has underscored it never has refused to engage in dialogue with Kiev. However, there are no prerequisites currently to "build at least some kind of a dialogue," presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov noted earlier.
