Federal Judge Issues Injunction in Texas vs. Biden Admin. Case Over Vaccine Mandate

Texas' triumph in court is the latest in a run of setbacks for the Biden administration in its quest to impose vaccine mandates in businesses across the country, as earlier this month two judges ruled against imposing federal mandates for vaccinations of healthcare workers and federal contractors.
