First Round of Fukushima Water Release Completed in Japan

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The first round of releasing treated water from the damaged Japanese Fukushima nuclear power plant was concluded on Monday, and the first batch was 7,800 tonnes of water, the Japanese broadcaster reported, citing the plant's operator, Tokyo Electric Power Company.
