Flash Floods, Heavy Rains Wreak Havoc in India's Uttarakhand - Videos

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert in Uttarakhand for heavy rainfall until 19 October. As many as five people have reportedly lost their lives due to rain-related incidents in the Himalayan state.
