FM Lavrov: Russia Regrets US Absence at Moscow-Format Meeting on Afghanistan

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia regrets US absence at the Moscow-format negotiations on Afghanistan and hopes that Washington remains committed to cooperating, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday.
