France, allies condemn 'deployment' of Russian Wagner mercenaries in Mali

Over a dozen Western powers on Thursday strongly condemned the deployment in Mali of Russian mercenaries working for the controversial company Wagner, accusing Moscow of providing material backing for the fighters.
