HAMAS and Israel have agreed to extend their truce for another day just MINUTES before the fighting was set to resume. The cease-fire, which began Nov 24 and was originally set to expire last Monday, has paused the deadliest fighting between Israel and Palestinians in decades. Israel has vowed to resume the war in an effort to end Hamas’ 16-year rule of Gaza, but it’s facing mounting international pressure to spare southern Gaza a devastating ground offensive like the one that has demolished much of the north. Last night, the sixth group of Israeli and foreign hostages were released, which included 10 Israeli children and women. A fearless Israeli hostage was filmed staring down her gun-toting Hamas captor before walking away. Rimon Kirsht, 36, was defiant in the moments before she finally reach safety along with fellow hostage Merav Tal. Two Russians and four Thai nationals were also released by the terror group. The two Russians were let go as a gesture to Russian President Vladimir Putin unrelated to Hamas’ truce deal with Israel, Israeli media reported.
