MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Guyana is not planning any offensive action against Venezuela amid the Essequibo territorial dispute, Vice-President Bharrat Jagdeo has said, after the recent deployment of a UK warship near the Guyanese coast caused concerns in Caracas.
