As the war in Ukraine continues to rage its economic impact is being felt around the world, including in Bangladesh where soaring food prices have left some of the nation's poorest wondering how they will afford to eat. Now, the country's government has launched a subsidies programme it says will help some 10 million people buy food at a reduced cost.
