Hungary Offers Ukraine Funding Plan That Avoids Straining EU Budget or Joint Loans

BUDAPEST (Sputnik) - Hungary proposes to finance Ukraine without doing harm to the EU budget and without a common loan, and is ready to pay its share from the national budget, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Tuesday.
