AN AIRBNB host has claimed she “laughs all the way to the bank” when untrustworthy tenants break her strict rental rules. Knight said slaps on extra guest fees for things such as cleaning to get her own back on rude renters who refuse to conform. The Boston-based comedian and writer shared a hilarious rant on TikTok to her 496,000 followers discussing how she gets revenge. She decided to share a comedic response to another video shared on the platform by an Airbnb guest bragging about flouting the rules. TikToker Julia Chesson shared a clip showing her and another 13 pals proudly parading around a pool after duping their host. She wrote: “When the Airbnb host asks if there is still only six people at your reservation.” The post showed the gang of friends dancing around the outdoor facilities in celebration after supposedly misinforming the host about how many people were staying there. The video was captioned: “Please don’t let them find this.” Knight decided to clap back with her own video, claiming that she was the host in question who Chesson had lied to. She said: “You didn’t think I was going to see this did you? Well, I see everything. “I’m the owner. I’ve got that place covered in ring cameras, okay? Your little dance was funny though…especially for me. “As I’m laughing all the way to the bank with all the extra guest fees I’m going to charge you.” The American social media star then laughed manically into the camera after bragging about her money-making scheme. Knight continued: “And I am going to charge you guys an extra cleaning fee for what you guys did in the jacuzzi. “That’s right, I saw it. I saw it all! Well anyway, I hope you enjoyed your stay please give me a good review. Take care.” The video quickly went viral and has now been viewed a whopping 24.5 million times. Some users rushed to inform Chesson she had been caught out, prompting the comedian to admit it was simply a skit. Knight told internet users invested in the drama that she was not actually the owner and she was just poking fun at the renter. Most people were left gutted that it was a joke, while others pointed out that cameras are an invasion of privacy for guests. One commented: “This woman is giving Disney villain, I’m terrified.
