BEING the world’s hairiest bloke is inevitably accompanied by strange looks and stares – but it’s the same reoccurring question that he can’t stand. Larry Gomez’s body is 98 per cent covered in fluffy dark locks – earning him the nickname “Wolf Man“. A number of his family members also suffer from the genetic disorder, also known as “Werewolf Syndrome”, which affects less than 100 people worldwide. But despite facing years of bullying and taunts, brave Larry, of San Bernardino, California, has finally learned to love the skin he is in. The former circus performer now wears his title as the world’s hairiest man as a badge of honour – saying it makes him feel “special”.
