Iraq Suspends Rice, Corn Planting in 2023 Due to Lack of Irrigation Water - Minister

DOHA (Sputnik) - The Iraqi government has ordered the suspension of rice and corn planting in the country this year due to lack of irrigation water, Iraqi Minister of Water Resources Aoun Diab Abdullah said on Tuesday.
