Kim Jong Un Vows to Respond to Nuclear 'Provocations' by Nuclear Strike

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has held a meeting with the military who participated in the test launch of the Hwasong-18 ballistic missile, saying that North Korea will respond with a nuclear strike to any nuclear "provocations," the state news agency KCNA reported.
