Kremlin Says Huge Ukraine Military Buildup on Donbass Line of Contact Shows Preparation for Attack

Earlier on Monday, Denis Pushilin, the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in Eastern Ukraine, said that Kiev is preparing an attack in Donbass and moving artillery and tanks to the line of contact.
