Latvian Prime Minister Admits NATO Worked Out Defense Plans Before Vilnius Summit

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The defense plans adopted by NATO member states at the summit in Vilnius already existed in the alliance and only needed to be adapted to the current security situation, Latvian Prime Minister Krisjanis Karins said on Wednesday.
