Lavrov Holds Press Conference in Kyrgyzstan's Bishkek

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek to attend a meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers (CMFA).
