Lavrov: US Wages War Against Russia by Managing Ukraine Conflict

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - No matter what the United States says, it is managing the conflict in Ukraine, supplying weapons, ammunition and intelligence, and thus waging a war against Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Sunday.
