Map: King Charles’s Coronation Procession Route

King Charles III’s route through London ran down the Mall from Buckingham Palace toward Trafalgar Square, and then down Whitehall, past the Palace of Westminster and Big Ben, before ending at Westminster Abbey for the coronation ceremony.

King Charles’s route is markedly shorter than the one followed by Queen Elizabeth II during her coronation in 1953.
