Microsoft Poised to Buy Activision Blizzard for $68.7 Billion in Major Push Into Gaming

Phil Spencer, Microsoft’s CEO of gaming, has already announced that when the deal is closed, the company is going to offer as many Activision Blizzard games as it can “within Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass."
