More than 65,000 flee Nagorno-Karabakh, separatist republic will ‘cease to exist’

The separatist government of Nagorno-Karabakh announced Thursday that it will dismantle itself and the self-declared republic will cease to exist by January 1, 2024, as tens of thousands of ethnic Armenians continued their exodus.
