Last week, Olga was given a 72-hour bail window to allow her to leave London and save her little girl from Kyiv. Olga could not reach her within the time constraints, becoming trapped for more than 24 hours at the Ukraine border amid the chaos. Read more on Ukraine After taking off from Gatwick in the early hours last Tuesday, she landed in Krakow, Poland, and made her way to the border town of Shehyni. But Olga said: “Refugees arriving said it would take at least three days to get to Kyiv. I returned to beg for time.” Today, she will ask to have her passport returned again so that she can embark on the perilous mission once more. Olga, who faces a charge that does not involve violence, added: “I will give the courts anything at all for them to give me my passport back and save my daughter.
