Nigerien Coup Leader Says Niger Does Not Want War

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The leader of the mutineers who seized power in Niger, Gen. Abdourahamane Tchiani, said on Saturday that his country does not want war, but will be ready to defend itself if necessary.
