No Plans for Offensive on Donbass? Docs Show 48% Boost in Kiev's Defence Industry Output in 2022

Over the past 8 years, Kiev has routinely delayed the implementation of the Minsk accords and outright suggested scrapping them for good, while Moscow has repeatedly pointed out that Kiev's reluctance to implement them and continuing buildup of weapons, including foreign arms, could prompt Ukraine to use military force to resolve the Donbass issue.
