Norway Police Treating Kongsberg Bow Shooting as Terror Attack

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The deadly archery attack in the Norwegian town of Kongsberg appears to be a terrorist act but it does not change the national threat picture, the Norwegian Police Security Service said on Thursday.
