OAP captive, 85, kidnapped by Hamas dies in terrorists’ hands, Israel confirms nearly eight weeks after he was snatched

THE FAMILY and Kibbutz of an OAP captured by Hamas have claimed that he was murdered in captivity. The victim, Arye Zalmanovich, 85, was snatched from his home in Kibbutz Nir Oz, nearly eight weeks ago. Arye’s son, Boaz, has also said that his father died due to the physical and mental torture he endured in captivity. In his final message to his dad, Boaz wrote: “The heart is torn to pieces, we will miss you.”
