Since the start of Russia's special op in Ukraine, sports watchdogs across the West have been discriminating against Russian and Belarusian athletes, preventing them from performing under their national flags or even banning them outright. PACE is pushing to totally exclude Russian and Belarusian athletes from the 2024 Summer Olympics.
