The handset is available for purchase in Icy Blue, Prism Violet, and Prism White colour options. It is offered in 6GB+128GB, 6GB+256GB, and 8GB+256GB RAM and storage configurations. The Oppo K14 5G is powered by an octa core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with a 7,000mAh battery. The phone also features support for 45W SuperVOOC wired fast charging. It carries a dual rear camera unit.
