He then unfolds it and places it down in front of the neighbour’s windows. The video finishes by showing the man adjusting it to the best position he could on the fence line to block their view. It is believed to have been filmed in Washington, US, according to Ian’s TikTok bio. The viral video has racked up nearly a million views and had TikTokers scrambling to the comments section to share their opinions. Out of the 600 comments, many advised the poster and his family to do one thing in particular. One viewer wrote: “Plant bamboo trees along your property line they grow very fast and you won’t be able to see your neighbor’s house at all.” Another agreed and said: “Plant some bamboo along the edge of the fence line it will take off and go crazy.” A viewer commented: “I’m glad I don’t have neighbors.. country life for me.” “Should have wrote a nice big note on the side that faces them,” quipped another. A third said: “After 26 yrs I finally put up a privacy fence. Best thing I could’ve ever done.” It comes as one woman shared how her nightmare neighbour tore down their fence and set up cameras to spy on them. Laureen shared the crazy moment she came home and found her neighbour screwing signs into her fence – and everyone is saying the same thing. She explained: “Not only did they screw signs into the fence, they also pitched a tent on my property with multiple cameras on tripods.” In another neighbour row, a pair of locals clashed after one of them tried to tear down the other’s fence. Meanwhile, one homeowner revealed how he took amazing revenge on his petty neighbour who put up a fence just to separate their rubbish bins. The bloke took to TikTok to share a series of videos on how he hilariously got his own back on his “Karen” neighbour.
