Parliaments of Venezuela, Colombia Agree to Discuss Normalization of Relations

CARACAS (Sputnik) - The parliaments of Venezuela and Colombia have agreed to cooperate to restore and normalize relations between the two countries, Venezuelan National Assembly Speaker Jorge Rodriguez said.
