Philippines Unlikely to Impose Sanctions Against Russia - Ambassador

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Philippine Ambassador to Russia Igor Bailen told Sputnik that he did not think Manila would impose sanctions against Moscow or support restrictive measures already introduced by other states.
