Prosecutors say they will not pursue second Bankman-Fried trial

Prosecutors have decided against pursuing a second trial against disgraced FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried.

In November, a jury has found Bankman-Fried guiltyÂ of all seven criminal counts against him. The FTX founder faces more than 100 years in prison. His sentencing hearing is set for March 28.
