Putin Expects Fruitful, Constructive Dialogue at Russia-Africa Summit

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian President Vladimir Putin says he is looking forward to meeting with African leaders in St. Petersburg at the upcoming Russia-Africa summit, where an action plan until 2026 will be adopted.
