Putin seeks to 'destablise' Germany with wiretap leak, defence minister says

Russian President Vladimir Putin is seeking to sow disunity with the wiretap leak of a confidential German army discussion on the Ukraine war, Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said Sunday.
