Putin Told Merkel US, NATO Actions in Black Sea Destabilizing

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian President Vladimir Putin told outgoing German Chancellor Angela Merkel during a phone conversation on Thursday that increased US and NATO activity in the Black Sea is destabilizing, the Kremlin said.
