Putin: US Uses Cluster Munitions Through ‘Ukrainian Proxy’ Despite Calling Their Use a Crime

While the United States often call the use of cluster munitions a crime, they essentially use these weapons themselves in Ukraine, albeit by using the Ukrainian forces as a proxy, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.
