Rajasthan State Chief Accuses BJP of Withholding Funds

The Budget Session for Rajasthan's state legislative assembly began on 9 February. State chief Ashok Gehlot presented the budget on 23 February, to which the state's main opposition -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) -- cried foul, describing it as half-hearted.
