Russia Donates Batch of Wheat Flour to CAR

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia has sent a batch of wheat flour to the Central African Republic (CAR) as non-repayable aid, Russian Ambassador to the CAR Alexander Bikantov told Sputnik.
